自1983年在北京大学药学院学习和工作,期间先后获得学士、硕士和博士学位,曾分别到香港中文大学和日本星药科大学访问学习。从事药剂学的教学、科研和开发工作。教学:讲授本科生和研究生课程,包括《药剂学》、《生物药剂学与药物动力学》、《药物输送系统》和《高等药物动力学》等;参编多部教材;2004年起任硕士生导师。科研:主要包括国务院批准的“重大新药物创制”大平台、“新制剂与新释药系统技术”平台、国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金、北大方正基金和专利技术转让等项目。研究方向:转化医学给药系统,涉及栓塞给药系统、诊断/治疗肿瘤的靶向给药系统和3D打印给药系统等跨学科合作研究。成果:在中外期刊上发表论文40余篇,申请发明专利14项(已授权12项),研发的2种栓塞制剂获批生产,填补了国内空白并销往国外,为近千家医院的数十万患者所用,国内市场占有率超过70%,累计销售达数亿元。2006年获杭州市科技进步二等奖,2012-2014连续三年获北京大学医学部发明专利奖。
