Tianyan Zhou received her Bachelor (1992), Master (1998) and PhD degree(2006) from School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Beijing Medical University/Peking University, respectively.
She worked as lecturer (1999-2005) and associate professor (2005-) at Department of Pharmaceutics, School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Peking University. She visited and worked in The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (2002-2004), and in Oklahoma State University (USA) (2007-2008) as a visiting scholar.
She is Member of Pharmacometrics Professional Committee of China, as well as the principle investigator on Natural Science Foundation of China Grant and the Grant for the Returned Overseas Scholars of Ministry of Education, the editorial board of Chinese Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics, and the referee for some journals related to pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic and cancer research sciences. She has published more than 60 research papers and 6 book chapters, and applied one patent. Her teaching courses involve biopharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics, advanced pharmacokinetics for undergraduates or graduates at Peking University.
